CNC Routing

Whether you are a designer requiring a one off design, or a company looking for a regular supply of many components, our team of professional CNC router operators will ensure that your designs are produced to the highest of standards.  We are confident that we can accurately produce great results first time, every time. 

We are able to work with the following materials; MDF, plywood, Melamine faced chipboard (MFC), laminated panel, hardwood, and plastics.

Shot Blasting

Shot blasting could well be the perfect solution to prepare your components prior to painting or powder coating.  To achieve the best possible finish, shot blasting will remove rust, scale and existing paint from your components, and provide a key for your preferred finish.

With shot blasting, we are able to clean anything from an old spring through to radiators and car chassis, wood, machine parts and cast iron garden furniture.

Powder Coating

Powder coating is the modern alternative to old fashioned wet painting. Minute powder particles are sprayed onto the work piece, which is then heated to cure the coating. Once heat cured, your powder coated article will be extremely durable and chip resistant. We are able to provide a variety of finishes.
